Since 2003 Sinergia Srl has a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 regulation. The system’s target is to manage in the best possible way the main business processes with the ultimate goal to always guarantee the customer’s full satisfaction.

In 2010 Sinergia continues with the constant improvement and the consolidation of the company’s ethics aiming at the pursuit of the production processes’ minimum impact on the environment and the protection of people’s health and safety by means of two very important integrated systems, which are:

the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 14001regulation for a company’s responsible and conscious behavior towards the environment. This system emphasizes the attention towards energy consumption, noise pollution, emissions into the atmosphere and waste management in full obedience with the rules applicable to the business context;

AND

the prestigious BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) certification for the own Employees Health and Safety Management System.
This regulation was published by the British Standards Institution on July 1st 2007 and is internationally recognized as the official standard on matters as health and safety at work. It specifies the ways a company knows and controls the risks and any unexpected occurrences that can originate from its activities and manages them in the best possible way to optimize the performances.

The management systems applied by Sinergia have been certified by Lloyd’s Register, an independent international body, worldwide leader in inspection services, auditing, goods’ analysis and services and industrial systems. Lloyd’s resorts to strict and meticulous means to check the company processes’ conformity to the reference regulation standards and their improvement.

A company should be attentive to the environments’ needs, to the production aspects’ correct management and the resources’ and people’s protection.
